Job Summary

Lead and independently manage daily operations of food and beverage outlets across Singapore, ensuring efficient service and team coordination to drive business success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple food and beverage outlets across Singapore to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
• Manage staff schedules and delegate tasks to maintain high operational standards and customer satisfaction
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock for uninterrupted service
• Implement and enforce health and safety standards to comply with regulatory requirements
• Resolve customer issues promptly to enhance guest experience and uphold brand reputation
• Analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
• Train and mentor team members to develop skills and promote a positive work environment
• Maintain accurate records of daily transactions, staff attendance, and operational activities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage management preferred
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong responsibility in managing store operations

• Location: Multiple outlets across Singapore
• Working Hours: 6 days per week, 12 hours per day
• Salary: SGD $3000 - $3500
