F&B Supervisor

Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Assist Manager to manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation

• Assist Manager to organize and supervise shifts

• Assist Manager to manage restaurant supplies

• Assist Manager to monitor operations and initiate corrective actions

• Answering customer’s queries regarding menus, ingredients, or any other product related queries.

• Assist in tidying up and table setting

• Responsible for the preparation work of Restaurant opening and closing operation hours.

• Manage and lead staff

• Training new staff

• Control costs and minimize waste

• Nurture a positive working environment

• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding efficiently to customer questions and complaints and resolve customer problems and concerns personally.

• Maintain good hygiene and cleanliness of individual by following basic grooming & hygiene.

• Covers jobs of the Manager in the absence of Manager.

• Any other job-related duties requested from senior staff or the director.
