F&B Supervisor (Pre-Opening Hotel)

Our client is seeking a passionate and service-oriented individual to join the opening team of a new luxury hotel in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a pre-opening journey and contribute to establishing service standards, operational excellence, and memorable dining experiences from day one.

As an F&B Supervisor, you will support the daily operations of the restaurant, lead service teams during operational periods, and ensure exceptional guest experiences through attentive service and effective floor management. You will work closely with the management team to drive service excellence, develop team members, and support the successful launch of the outlet.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent service delivery.
  • Lead and coordinate service periods, ensuring effective communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
  • Support pre-opening activities, including operational setup, staff onboarding, training, and implementation of service standards.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, handle feedback professionally, and resolve service issues promptly.
  • Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, presentation, and operational readiness throughout the outlet.
  • Assist with reservations management, table allocation, seating arrangements, and guest flow during service.
  • Guide, coach, and support team members to ensure service excellence and professional development.
  • Promote menu knowledge, upselling opportunities, and guest engagement to enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Ensure accurate handling of billing procedures and point-of-sale transactions.
  • Work closely with kitchen, bar, and other operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support inventory control, cost management, and initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace safety, hygiene, and company policies.


Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations within a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
  • Previous experience leading, coaching, or coordinating a service team will be advantageous.
  • Strong passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and attention to detail.
  • Flexible and adaptable to operational requirements, including shift work and weekends.
