๐Ÿ”ชAs part of the service crew, your job responsibilities includes ๐Ÿ“‘:

  • Lead and support the service team during daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism, warmth, and knowledge of the menu.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate seating, reservations, and queue management during peak hours.
  • Train and guide junior service staff on SOPs, service standards, and product knowledge.
  • Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the dining area and service stations.
  • Assist in cashiering duties and ensure accurate billing and payment handling.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and timely food service.

Requirement

  • High willingness to learn

  • Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude
  • Previous experience in F&B or kitchen operations is preferred but not required as training will be provided
