FA Relationship Manager
Objectives of this role / About the job:
managing and strengthening relationships with Financial Advisors (FAs) and independent investment distributors. The role focuses on supporting FAs with business development, investment advisory resources, training, and sales enablement to drive AUM growth and ensure high-quality client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
FA Relationship Management
- Recruit, onboard, and train new Independent Financial Advisors.
- Provide investment support and guidance to FAs, including participation in client meetings.
- Monitor FA performance and support operational processes to drive AUM growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- 3–5 years’ experience in financial advisory, or asset management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- IC Complex 1 or IP License (or willingness to obtain within timeframe).
- Analytical, service-minded, and collaborative, with a coaching mindset.
