What You'll Do
- Operate metalworking machines and hand tools
- Assemble mechanical and electrical components
- Wire electrical controls and route piping
- Weld steel using MIG/TIG/other processes as required
- Read and work from blueprints, drawings, and work orders
- Set up jigs, fixtures, and layouts for fabrication
- Inspect welds and ensure quality standards are met
- Perform rework and adjustments as needed
- Support team and production goals
