Roles and Responsibilities:<\/span> Develop and manage Facebook Ads strategies to meet client goals.<\/span> Set up, launch, and continuously optimize Facebook Ads campaigns.<\/span> Write and test ad copy for conversions, ensuring consistency with landing pages.<\/span> Conduct audience and creative tests to drive better performance.<\/span> Monitor daily ad performance, budgets, and KPIs for ongoing optimization.<\/span> Collaborate with the web development, design, and content teams to create cohesive campaigns.<\/span> Provide actionable insights and generate detailed reports for clients.<\/span> Stay up to date with Facebook\u2019s Advertising Policies, tools, and latest trends.<\/span> Regularly engage with clients to discuss performance and future strategies.<\/span> Desired Candidate Profile:<\/span> Minimum 2 years of experience managing Facebook Ads (agency experience preferred).<\/span> Extensive knowledge of Facebook Ads dashboard and optimization techniques.<\/span> Strong understanding of Facebook Advertising Policies.<\/span> Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.<\/span> Creative, detail\-oriented, and results\-driven.<\/span> Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.<\/span> Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:<\/span> Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.<\/span> Proven experience in creating high\-converting landing pages and ads.<\/span> Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to solving problems.<\/span>
