Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversees the operations, maintenance and testing of building plumbing, UPS, HVAC, emergency generators, electrical and fire detection/suppressions systems
- Supervise cleaning staff, including execution of quality control processes
- Create and track Purchase Orders along with comparing actual spend versus available budget
- Monitoring of site’s building monitoring systems and alarms
- Assists and co-ordinates aesthetic and facilities process improvements
- Supports Health & Safety a required including workplace risk assessments, water testing, & air quality testing
- Oversight of amenities such as coffee, vending, parking, event support
- Support office services group’s mail, shipping and receiving activities
- 24/7 Response to emergency situations relating to employees and/or facilities
- Support weekend vendor project construction work as needed, which is typically limited to no more than 1x per month
- Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately
- Perform the duties of the site’s Environmental and Energy Team maintaining DTCC’s ISO 50001 and 14001 certifications
- Supports space planning team and managing moves/relocations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
- Ability to read architectural and engineering building drawings
- Proficiency with AutoCAD
- Excellent communication & written skills and client focus
- Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio
- Experience with SNOW/Nuvolo Work Order System (or comparable CMMS)
- Strong vendor relationship management skills
The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
