Facilities Engineering Associate I

岗位描述：

1. 负责厂务设备设施的维护保养，及时处理各类厂务设备故障；
2. 参与预防维修计划的制定，负责执行设备的预防性维修保养等工作；
3. 通过丰富的维修经验，为维修技术员提供支持，解决复杂的设备维修问题；
4. 协助部门完成设备设施方面的改造和对设备维修人员的培训；
5. 负责设备部门各类SOP的更新及监督执行；
6. 在英语办公系统下完成各类公司流程的相关操作；
7. 协助部门完成新实验室的验收、流程制定、维护等

Designs test fixturing, test rooms or systems in compliance with applicable regulatory
• codes and requirements all subject to engineering review.
• Develops space-planning designs including architectural, mechanical, electrical, and communications elements.
• Prepares Work Orders, Purchase Requisitions and work schedules.
• Records and analyzes data generated by facility systems and recommends appropriate corrective action.
• Supervises and directs the work of Facilities Maintenance staff, Facilities Engineering support staff and contractors.
• Performs basic project management functions from preparation of specifications, budget recommendation through supervision and coordination of trades and equipment (“EQ”) project administration.
• Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct, and follow all physical and digital security practices
• Performs other duties as directed.

1. 大专及以上学历，主修电气、工业自动化或相关专业；
2. 厂务维修及保养6年以上工作经验，熟悉大型中央空调系统、配电、消防系统等公共设备设施，有丰富的操作及维修经验；
3. 能够熟练应用各种电气检测仪器 能迅速判断设备故障并能及时处理，有很强的现场动手能力；
4. 有良好的管理能力，工作责任心强，对工作认真负责、良好的职业道德和敬业精神，能适应偶尔的加班；
5. 具备较强的学习能力，能适应新环境并具有快速掌握设备设施的能力；
6. 英语读写熟练，能熟练运用办公软件；

7. 具有较强的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
