Facilities Maintenance Manager/ Cleaner

  • create and maintain a facilities budget
  • oversee the general maintenance, repairs and cleaning of facilities
  • manage physical security, access control and alarm systems
  • supervise the facilities staff, including cleaners
  • provide cover when someone in your team is sick or on leave
  • develop and implement regular maintenance schedules
  • track equipment inventory and record the maintenance history to provide accurate documentation for internal and external auditors
  • ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
  • establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to acquire quality materials at competitive prices
