Job Summary
This is a full-time, on-site role in Singapore for a Facilities Management Manager. The role involves overseeing day-to-day facilities operations, tenancy management, vendor coordination, and operational planning across City Sprouts spaces.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and hands-on leader with strong operational and stakeholder management experience. This role requires someone who is able to manage facilities operations efficiently while ensuring a positive experience for tenants, partners, and visitors.
Job Description:
- Oversee and manage daily facilities operations across all assigned sites.
- Ensure smooth operation, maintenance, and upkeep of facilities, infrastructure, and common areas.
- Manage facilities-related incidents, maintenance works, and operational issues with timely resolution.
- Lead and coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure operational excellence and compliance.
- Oversee tenancy-related matters including tenant onboarding, lease coordination, renewals, and issue management.
- Support leasing strategies and tenant engagement initiatives to achieve an ideal tenant mix.
- Develop and implement operational processes, preventive maintenance schedules, and improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, corporate partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor operational budgets, quotations, and facilities-related expenditures.
- Support site operations during events, activations, or special projects when required.
- Respond to urgent operational matters outside standard office hours where necessary.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in facilities management, property operations, estate management, or related fields.
- Prior experience managing commercial, lifestyle, community, or mixed-use spaces will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership, vendor management, and operational coordination skills.
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal abilities with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a hands-on operational mindset. Familiarity with facilities maintenance, tenancy management, and workplace safety practices.
- Flexible to attend to operational matters outside standard office hours when required.
