Great Hill is seeking a Facilities Manager SME in Orlando, FL to support the National Cyber Range Complex (NCRC). The Facility Manager will oversee facility operations, space planning, and infrastructure improvement initiatives while supporting mission-critical Department of War cyber testing, training, and operational events.

This position is responsible for coordinating office space projects, managing facility-related equipment and services, reviewing vendor proposals and contractor quotes, and ensuring facilities are maintained to support secure and efficient operations. This position is fully on-site.

Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in preparing and tracking requests and monitoring progress for office space renovations, and reconfiguration and relocation of office equipment and furnishings in support of internal moves.
  • Track facilities work requests and provide support to customers, such as assistance with initiation of work requests and determination of work request status.
  • Respond to reports of maintenance issues and other problems involving occupation, use, and maintenance of Government occupied facilities and interface with property managers, service contractors, and on-site maintenance personnel to determine the status of and ensure issue and problem resolution.
  • Develop revisions to the facility plan based on facility or system modifications and updates.
  • Provide technical review of all contractor reports relative to facilities and provide comments and/or recommendations.
  • Assist in the evaluation of technical packages submitted by contractors relative to facility requirements and assist in evaluating the acceptability of proposals.
  • Provide technical support towards the installation and administration of the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System.
  • Identify and analyze all aspects of NCRC Communications Security custodial requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Ability to work closely with government stakeholders, contractors, and service providers to ensure facility requirements are executed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with organizational and mission objectives.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other equivalent STEM field from an accredited college or university.
  • 5+ years of experience in facility management and coordination.
  • Experience working in a government facility.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Must be a US Citizen and hold a Top-Secret clearance.

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of the NCRC mission and operations.
  • Experience communicating with vendors.
  • Experience briefing senior-level government officials on facility status and updates.
