We’re on the lookout for a hands-on, solution-focused Facilities Technician to join our Real Estate & Procurement Team and play a key role in supporting our network of clinics.

About the role

This is a dynamic, mobile role where no two days are the same. You’ll be out and about across our clinics, ensuring our facilities are well-maintained, compliant, and operating efficiently.

You’ll be the go-to person for resolving maintenance issues, coordinating repairs, and supporting the overall upkeep of our healthcare environments.

What you’ll be doing

  • Responding to maintenance requests across multiple clinic sites
  • Carrying out general repairs and preventative maintenance
  • Coordinating contractors and external service providers
  • Supporting compliance with health & safety and building standards
  • Troubleshooting and resolving facility-related issues quickly and effectively
  • Assisting with minor fit-outs, upgrades, and improvements
  • Building strong relationships with clinic teams and stakeholders

What you’ll bring

  • Previous experience in a facilities, maintenance, or technician role
  • Strong hands-on skills across general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, carpentry basics desirable)
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Full NZ driver’s licence (essential – this role is on the road!)
