Facilities Technician (Building Services/East Region)

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs for building facilities, including doors, taps, lighting, lifts, painting, and landscaping.
• Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues as needed.
• Carry out ad-hoc maintenance and repair works.

Requirements:

• Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of building maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of building maintenance materials and equipment.
