Facilities Technician

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Facility Technician installs, repairs, and maintains the site facilities. This role works in cooperation with all departments to provide excellent customer service and meet business needs.
JOB DUTIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Remove, replace, and/or repair building and equipment and their working components.

Maintain plant property and grounds conditions, including storm damage, trash removal, and snow removal.

Maintain key performance defined metrics as MTTR and MTBF.

Conduct assigned preventative maintenance at regular intervals and fulfill recordkeeping.

Perform minor electrical and other utilities installation

Support the operation of boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, heating systems, ventilation systems, and cooling systems

Follow standard operating procedures to ensure proper quality of work and efficiency.

Track and execute reactive activities associated with facility maintenance.

Implement and optimize efficient and effective continuous improvement workflows.

Demonstrate a culture of high performance and collaboration

Maintain compliance with EHS programs and ensure adherence to local regulations and Techniplas policy
