Facility Executive

• Facility Management & Staff Management

a. Supervision of Housekeeping & Cafeteria

b. Maintenance of office Equipment

c. Responsible for Security related issues

d. Supervision and controlling of facility

e. Preparing & maintaining various reports of maintenance and facility for presentation

• Travel Management

a. Booking Flight and Train Tickets

b. Booking Hotels and Cabs as per requirement

• Other Administrative roles

a. Vendor Management (including field work)

b. Store Management

c. Assisting Administrative Activities

d. Prepare MIS Reports

e. Internal Office Management, Office space Management, Custody and distribution of stationery items, Co-ordination with Service Agencies, Maintenance of Office Equipment like EPABX, Photocopiers, Fax, Air-conditioners and UPS.

Accountability

The Facility manager will be accountable to the Manager Operations.

Travel

Local travel might be required based on the work allotted.


Education - Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management

MBA in Operations

Experience - 1 to 2 Yrs.

Verbal Communication Good. Should know English if Hindi is not his/her mother tongue.

Written Communication Proficient in English.

Computer Literacy MS Office including PowerPoint, Word & Excel.

Concepts • Vendor management.

• Supervision of Security, Housekeeping, Cafeteria, etc

• MIS Reports


  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to establish repertoire with company employees and manage all the records of the company
  • Learning capability to understand the processes and translate them in good business management
  • Must be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable and well organized.
  • Must be able to effectively handle stressful situations like large number of tasks in short duration, tight budgets and high quality expectations
  • Proficiency in the use of personal computers including MS Office software including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
