Oasis Turf & Tree is looking for a high-energy, hands-on problem solver to help keep our facility, equipment, and team running smoothly.

This is a varied, active role part facility upkeep, part equipment support, and part “go-to person” when things need to get done.

What You’ll Do

Facility & Grounds (Approx. 50%)

• Maintain clean, organized, and professional facility grounds
• Perform debris removal, flower bed maintenance, and general upkeep
• Assist with building maintenance and organization
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and improvements

Equipment & Fleet Support (Approx. 50%)

• Perform basic maintenance on small equipment
• Troubleshoot issues and support technicians in the field
• Help keep equipment operational and ready for daily use
• Maintain shop organization and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanically inclined with a strong “fix-it” mindset
• High energy and self-motivated
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
• Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
• Good communication skills (team + vendors)
• Ability to prioritize tasks and stay productive without constant direction

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and remain active throughout the day
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
• Willingness to learn forklift operation (experience is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, or mechanical systems
