Facility Maintenance
The Facilities Maintenance will coordinate cleaning and safe operation of the garage.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Operate pressure washer machinery safely and effectively to clean a variety and surfaces.
- Use degreasers or removal chemicals as recommended.
- Maintain schedule as requested and provide feedback to improve schedule efficiency.
- Erecting scaffolding as needed and cleaning up rubble, debris, and other waste materials from the area being washed.
- Carrying out all safety procedures.
- Keep all tools clean.
- Drive safely and within the speed limits, wear personal protective equipment.
- Listen, look, and stay aware of the proximity of hot or pressurized water to the general public and other team members.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
- Assist with general cleaning and upkeep of the facility
- Assist with Parking enforcement including applying boots.
