  • Candidates must have good knowledge in facility management services, must have good communication & problem solving skills.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Should be able to manage a team of 10 to 20 people (Operators & Technicians), and maintain good rapport with the clients & employees.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Project coordination with vendors, ensure timely project execution within budget & report to management team<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Priorities work as per the management instructions, follow the SLA & escalation process<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Ensure the hand over and take over work activities during shift change over between technicians/BMS and amongst AFMs<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Ensure customer compliance are attended on time by technicians, tickets are closed with in SLA<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Incident report detailed report with RCA<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Manage Downtime/ Breakdowns Supervise the logbooks, checklists and schedules<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Knowledge about DG, Elevator, STP is added advantage<\/span><\/span>

      Requirements<\/h3>
      • BE/B\-Tech in EEE or MBA.<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Minimum 2 Years of Residential Experience<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Notice Period \- Immediate<\/span><\/span>
