Factory Operator

We are seeking a Factory Operator to support daily production activities and ensure products are manufactured according to quality and production requirements. The role involves operating production equipment, performing visual inspections, packing finished products, and maintaining a safe and organised work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machines in accordance with work instructions.
• Perform visual inspection of products to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Carry out trimming, sorting, packing, labelling, and basic assembly work as required.
• Report defects, machine abnormalities, or production issues to the supervisor.
• Ensure accurate recording of production output and related documentation.
• Assist with material handling and replenishment of production materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the work area.
• Follow safety procedures, quality requirements, and company policies at all times.
• Support other production activities as assigned by the supervisor.
  

Key Skills & Requirements

• Prior manufacturing or production experience is an advantage but not required.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks with good attention to detail.
• Physically fit and able to stand/sit for extended periods.
• Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to perform overtime or shift work when required.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.
