Fashion and Communication Team Coordinator

We are now hiring a Divisional Coordinator to support our Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewelry Division, and Communications team.
This is a 12 month contract.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE ROLE
This role will provide seamless administrative support to the FWFJ Division and Corporate Communications Team with a focus on service to the teams and the business stakeholders. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, accuracy and will also need strong prioritization skills and an ability to work across functions.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Support the General Manager Corporate Communications and General Manager – Fashion, Watches Fine Jewelry divisions with all administrative tasks including;
- Diary management,
- General Adhoc assistant duties.
- Monthly expense reconciliation and invoicing,
- Scheduling and compiling local and overseas travel itineraries including flights and accommodation bookings
Monitor and track media coverage by reviewing newspaper outlets, recording, and sharing relevant articles.
Provide on-site and logistical support for PR events as needed.
Assist with the planning and execution of conferences and corporate activities, as required by the General Manager and other Corporate Communications departments.
Support the management and oversight of the Corporate Communications and Fashion and Watches and Fine Jewelry finance budgets
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Demonstrated experience in a similar role. Exposure to luxury retail is advantageous.
Excellent attention to detail, strong and articulate communication skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
The ability to multitask across competing priorities.
Well developed Microsoft Office skills.
Demonstrated competence in conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated capacity to effectively communicate, promote, and uphold company initiatives and values, including discretion and confidentiality.
The ability to interact with and build excellent relationships with stakeholder internally and externally.
