🔧 Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a 3-person emergency medical response team.
Assess, stabilize, and manage patients requiring advanced life support (ALS).
Perform ECG monitoring, airway management, IV therapy, medication administration, and other advanced interventions.
Make rapid, accurate medical decisions in high-pressure environments.
Coordinate with hospitals for patient handovers and provide detailed clinical reports.
Train, mentor, and guide EMTs to uphold the highest operational standards.
Ensure proper maintenance of medical equipment and ambulance readiness.
Represent the EMS service with professionalism, empathy, and leadership.
✅ Requirements (Must-Haves)
Paramedic Course recognized by MOH
Higher NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Paramedicine
BCLS/AED + First Aid Certification
