Pay Scale: $18-$20/hr.

Summary: Responsible for assisting Team Lead in providing support and care to meet the physical and psychological needs of residential consumers through direct and indirect care. Responsible for assisting in providing supervision and/or monitoring of residential worker staff during times that Team Lead is not on site. This position reports directly to residential worker team lead.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides support to Residential Team Lead and assists w/coordination or shift duties and scheduling needs. Provides supervision and monitoring of each consumer. Assist with and model appropriate daily living skills.
• Document any reported or observed symptoms of consumers and report to the team.
• Participate in Shift Report
• Provide transportation
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor

Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required with a minimum of 1-year experience with the population served and/or crisis experience preferred. AA degree or a BS/ BA degree preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age and proficient in reading, speaking, and writing.
