Festivals From India<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/a><\/span> and <\/span><\/span>Art X Company<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/a> is hiring for an <\/span><\/span>Associate, Founder's Office<\/span><\/span><\/b>, who serves as a strategic partner to the Founder, supporting the execution of priorities across Festivals From India and Art X Company. This is a high\-trust, high\-ownership role that offers significant exposure to leadership, strategy, partnerships, and the creative sector ecosystem.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>The role is ideal for someone highly organised, accountable, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously. The successful candidate will help create leverage for the Founder by driving follow\-through, coordinating key initiatives, and supporting business development efforts.<\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/p>- The vetting process for this role comprises 2\-3 rounds of interviews and may be followed by a brief assignment.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Essential Qualifications & Experience:<\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>- A Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s Degree or equivalent, ideally in a creative, marketing and/ or humanities field<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- 3\-5 years of experience in a Founder's Office, Executive Assistant, business operations, project management, communications, or similar role.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Competency using IT systems, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Slack, Trello, etc., and with digital advertising platforms, social media marketing tools, and mass mailing software is ideal.<\/span>
