Festivals From India<\/a> and ArtX Company<\/a> is hiring for a PR and Marketing Consultant<\/b> to lead integrated communications for its flagship creative sector conference, CultureCon\u2019s 2026 edition<\/b>. Dynamic and strategic, this PR & Marketing Consultant will be responsible for driving visibility, audience engagement, and brand positioning across media, digital platforms, and partnerships within the creative and cultural sectors. The consultant will work closely with internal teams, partners, and external agencies to execute a cohesive and high\-impact communications strategy in the lead\-up to the conference.

- The vetting process for this role comprises 2\-3 rounds of interviews and may be followed by a brief assignment.<\/span>

<\/div><\/span>Requirements<\/h3>
Essential Experience and Qualifications:<\/b><\/span>
<\/div>- Bachelor\u2019s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- A postgraduate degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Brand Management is preferred but not mandatory.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Additional certifications in digital marketing, content strategy, or public relations (e.g., Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.) will be an advantage.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- 4\u20137 years of experience in PR, marketing, or communications (preferably in media, culture, events, or creative industries).
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Experience working on events, festivals, or conferences is highly preferred.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Strong media network and proven track record of securing coverage.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Excellent writing and storytelling skills.<\/span><\/span>
