Key Responsibilities:
- Pricing derivative products, including FX, Rates and Credit vanilla and structured derivatives
- Assisting senior trader to monitor and manage risk of derivative trading books
- To closely work with Sales and Structuring team to develop new product and to assist with the approval process
- To optimize internal system for trade booking, reconciliation, risk reporting etc.
- To liaise with Risk, Operations, Finance and Compliance to comply with regulation and internal policies
Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (CFA/FRM a plus).
- At least 7 years’ experience in major financial institution derivative trading desk or relevant function
- A good understanding of derivative pricing and products
- Programming skill in VBA, SQL, Python is a plus
- Good verbal and writing skills in Chinese and English
