Field Engineer - Instrument
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Serve\nas the technical focal point for Instrument engineering at construction site.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Resolve\ntechnical issues, by providing technical knowledge from documents, and\ncoordinating with Vendor, other disciplines, Client, and Instrument\nSub\-Contractor, for properly proceeding the activities at site.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Lead\ntrouble shooting with identifying precise situations/symptoms<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Facilitate\nFS (Field change sheet) issuance to revise engineering drawings/documents,\nwhere required.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Revise\nSPI and 3D model for As built as per project requirements, where required.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Responsible\nfor site instrument ITP/ITR issuance and setting\-up of CMS (Construction\nManagement System) and VM Completion (Name of Plant Hand\-over System).<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support\ncoordination with instrument or mechanical sub\-contractor in technical aspects.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Review\nand approve instrument technical documents submitted by Instrument or\nmechanical Sub\-contractor.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support\nPIC of Packaged equipment for Instrument portion.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Take\nownership for meeting project schedule/milestones.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Facilitate RFM\n(Request for Material) issuance to proceed site purchase, where required.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Assist in preparation of MER (Material Exception\nReport), and control / follow\-up MER with Vendor with coordinating with\nProcurement team.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Monitor\nand maintain master instrument drawings/documents<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate,\nSchedule and Plan OEM / Vendor specialist visits to site.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Monitor\nand maintain instrument materials, with coordinating with MCS (Material Control\nSection) and Instrument construction team.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide\ntechnical information for heavy instrument equipment lifting, removal of instruments\nduring Piping hydrostatic test, special instruments installation and so on.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Set\-up\npreparation procedure of package for loop check and dry function test, with\ncoordinating with Instrument pre\-commissioning team.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide\nmin. requirements for instrument material preservation and monitor the\nconditions periodically. <\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Set\-up\nprocedure for energizing equipment with Client, Instrument QC team. <\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide\nclear information for Carry\-over works from engineering/procurement phase, to\nInstrument construction team.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support\ntraining of sub\-contractor, mock\-up, and so on, with coordinating Instrument\nconstruction team.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Plan and lead SAT (Site\nacceptance test), communication tests, calibration/validations, etc. for ICSS,\nAnalyzer and so on. with coordinating with Client, the related disciplines<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Review and approve Vendor\nprocedures and obtain Client approval.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate with\ninstrument construction/QC team and the related disciplines to start the\nactivities timely and safely, and to set the proper rule (security access\ncontrol of Instrument room and so on)<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Arrange temporary power\nsupply, with coordinating construction, PMT, where required.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Where construction work\nand equipment energization for the activity are in the same area/room (SIMOPS),\nto set\-up the proper rule (soft barricades and so on) with coordinating\nHSE/construction/commissioning team.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Control and coordinate\nwith Vendor specialists.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Take ownership for\ncompleting the activity within the project schedule.<\/span><\/span> To have work\nexperiences at construction site or deep knowledges of Instrument documents/drawings\nin one or more categories below<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Instrument\nconstruction design<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Various\nfield instruments and instrument valves<\/span><\/span>
