Field Marketing Manager, Startups
You will design and execute field and account-based marketing programs focused on startups. You will own strategy and execution for events and ABM playbooks, craft memorable founder experiences, build relationships with founders and venture partners, partner with Sales, PMM, and Demand Generation, use data to measure and optimize programs, and travel (~30%) to attend and run events.
Responsibilities
- Identify and execute field programs and events to drive qualified leads and pipeline
- Own strategy and execution of hosted, sponsored, and partner events for founders and technical decision makers
- Build and nurture relationships across the startup and VC ecosystem
- Architect and run full-funnel ABM programs targeting high-value accounts
- Design data-informed tactics to move buyers from awareness to decision
- Test, measure, and refine programs to drive pipeline and revenue
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Developer Experience, and Demand Generation
- Travel to events and meetings globally (approximately 30%)
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in field marketing and demand generation with hands-on ABM experience
- Experience marketing to engineering audiences or in AI, developer tools, or cloud computing industries
- Understanding of founder and international startup culture
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to generate insights
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- High agency and ability to execute strategy autonomously
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Experience creating premium experiential events
