Field Marketer | AI SaaS (Senior Living) We’ve partnered with a fast-growing, AI-powered Sales & Marketing platform in the senior living and healthcare space. With strong product-market fit and rapid adoption, they’re hiring a front-line Field Marketer to drive pipeline and revenue across regional markets! See below for some details. What you’ll do: • Own and execute field marketing strategy across regional/state events • Act as the face of the company—engaging prospects and driving live conversations into pipeline • Partner with Sales to book meetings, demos, and opportunities on-site • Identify high-ROI events and manage execution end-to-end • Track event performance, pipeline, and ROI What we’re looking for: • 3–5+ years in Field Marketing, Event Marketing // Demand Gen - REQUIRED • Must have hands-on, in-the-field event experience (not just planning) • Proven ability to personally engage prospects at events • B2B SaaS or tech experience preferred (startup a plus) • Comfortable with heavy travel (~30 events/year) Why this role stands out: • Base + Commission (Year 1 OTE = $150k+!) • True revenue-driving Field Marketing role (not just events) • High impact + visibility with Sales leadership • Remote + travel-heavy • Unlimited PTO, Full Health Benefits, 401k, $100/Mo Tech Stipend!
