🎯 Requirements:
• BA Degree in Economics, Social Sciences, Project Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication, coordination & reporting skills
• Fluency in English & Amharic (Afan Oromo is an advantage)
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications

📋 Key Responsibilities:
• Support MSMEs through grants, loans, BDS & PSS services
• Coordinate stakeholders and field activities
• Conduct monitoring, reporting & field visits
• Work with banks, MFIs, NGOs & government partners
