The <\/span><\/span>Field Officer (School & Student Outcomes)<\/span><\/span><\/b> is a\nfrontline implementation role responsible for translating district\-level\neducation and skill development plans into <\/span><\/span>measurable student\-level outcomes<\/span><\/span><\/b>.\nThe position plays a critical role in strengthening classroom delivery, student\nengagement, competency\-based learning, and community participation in line with\nthe <\/span><\/span>National Education Policy (NEP) 2020<\/span><\/span><\/b> and the <\/span><\/span>National Curriculum\nFramework (NCF) 2023<\/span><\/span><\/b>.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Working closely with government and aided\nschools, teachers, students, parents, and education functionaries at the\ncluster, block, and district levels, the Field Officer ensures effective\nimplementation of skill education and experiential learning activities. The\nrole requires daily school engagement, hands\-on academic support, regular\nmonitoring of learning outcomes, and strong coordination with the District Lead\nand government stakeholders.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Key Responsibilities :<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>

1. School\-Level\nImplementation<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

  • Support assigned\n government and aided schools in implementing skill education and\n experiential learning activities as per approved district and state plans.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Ensure the regular\n conduct of skill sessions, hands\-on practical\u2019s, projects, and assessments\n in classrooms and laboratories.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Work closely with school\n heads and teachers to integrate competency\-based pedagogy and assessment\n practices aligned with NCF 2023.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Support schools in\n maintaining schedules, lesson plans, and records related to skill\n education activities.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    2. Student Engagement & Outcomes<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p>

    • Facilitate student\n orientation sessions on skills, careers, and local employment\n opportunities for students in Grades 6\u201312.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Track student\n attendance, participation, competencies acquired, and assessment results regularly.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Identify at\-risk\n students (low attendance, learning gaps, or drop\-out risk) and coordinate\n remedial actions with teachers and school leadership.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Support and\n coordinate student projects, exhibitions, internships, exposure visits,\n and community\-based learning activities.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

      3. Teacher Support & Mentoring<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p>

      • Provide hand holding support\n to headmasters, teachers and vocational trainers.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Demonstrate lesson\n plans, hands\-on activities, and the use of low\-cost teaching\-learning\n materials where required.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Support teachers in\n maintaining student portfolios, competency records, and assessment\n evidence.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Encourage adoption of\n experiential, project\-based, and inclusive teaching practices.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

        4. Coordination with Government Functionaries<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
        <\/span><\/span><\/p>

        • Coordinate regularly\n with Cluster Resource Persons (CRPs), Block Education Officers (BEOs),\n Block Resource Coordinators (BRCs), and District Education Officers (DEOs)\n for planning, reviews, and approvals.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/li>
        • Participate in\n cluster and block\-level review meetings and share field insights,\n progress, and implementation challenges.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/li>
        • Support district\-level\n trainings, review meetings, events, and field visits as assigned by the\n District Lead.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

          5. Communication & Field Reporting<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
          <\/span><\/span><\/p>

          • Serve as the first\n point of contact for schools, teachers, students, and the community<\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/li>
          • Clearly communicate\n activity plans, student expectations, timelines, and assessment\n requirements at the school level.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/li>
          • Share regular field\n updates, challenges, risks, and success stories with the District Lead.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/li>
          • Maintain basic\n records, school visit reports, and student progress documentation.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/li>
          • Support coordination\n and communication for block\- and district\-level meetings, trainings, and\n events.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

            6. Community & Parent Engagement<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>

            • Engage School\n Management Committees (SMCs), parents, and community leaders to improve\n student attendance, participation, and retention.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

            • Organise parent\n meetings, career awareness sessions, skill & job mela\u2019s<\/span><\/span><\/span>
              <\/span><\/span><\/li>
            • Mobilise local\n resources, volunteers, and community support to strengthen student\n learning activities.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

              7. Monitoring, Documentation & Reporting<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
              <\/span><\/span><\/p>

              • Collect, verify, and\n maintain accurate school\- and student\-level data, including attendance,\n competencies, assessments, photographs, and case stories.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

              • Conduct regular\n school visits with implementation and observation checklists.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
                <\/span><\/span><\/li>
              • Submit a weekly field reports and monthly progress summaries to the District Lead.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

              • Identify risks,\n delays, in quality implementation and take corrective actions promptly.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

                Requirements<\/h3>

                <\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>Minimum\nExperience:<\/b><\/span>
                <\/p>

                • Bachelor\u2019s degree in\n Education, Social Work, Social Sciences, or a related field.<\/span><\/span>
                  <\/span><\/li>
                • 1\u20134 years of\n experience working directly with schools, teachers, children and the community<\/span><\/span>
                  <\/span><\/li>
                • Prior experience with\n government and school systems is preferred.<\/span><\/span>
                  <\/span><\/li>
                • Familiarity with NEP\n 2020, NCF 2023, or competency\-based education<\/span><\/span>
                  <\/span><\/li>
                • Fluency in Marathi is\n mandatory; working knowledge of English is desirable.<\/span><\/span>

                  Educational Background:<\/span>
