We provide comprehensive services across\nprevention, care, support, and treatment, particularly for those affected by\nHIV and other infectious diseases.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>YRGMERF, in partnership with Sanofi, is implementing the KiDS (Kids and\nDiabetes in Schools) programme among government school students aged 10\u201315\nyears in Uttar Pradesh. The programme builds diabetes awareness and prevention\nliteracy through teacher training, student engagement, community outreach, and\nsocial media. The internationally validated KiDS manual, adapted into the local\nlanguage, is used as the core training resource, with qualified\nendocrinologists serving as master trainers.<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>The first two phases of the programme, launched in 2024, have yielded\ndocumented outcomes. The current phase involves expansion to 17 districts\nacross UP, including aspirational districts and those requiring refresher\ntraining.<\/span><\/span>

Qualifications &\nSkills<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>

- Post\-graduation in Home Science,\nNutrition, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Minimum 3 years of experience in\ndevelopment, health, education, or nutrition programmes at the district level.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Working knowledge of the education\ndepartment system in UP is required.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Proficiency in MS Excel for data\nentry and reporting.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Strong written and oral\ncommunication skills in Hindi and English.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Self\-motivated, with the ability\nto work independently in field settings with minimal supervision.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
