We are hiring a Field Recruiter<\/b> to support manpower hiring for our transportation and logistics operations. This role involves end\-to\-end recruitment of blue\-collar and mid\-level staff such as drivers, helpers, mechanics/technicians, and support staff<\/b>. The ideal candidate should have strong field recruitment experience, local sourcing networks, and excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English<\/b>.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/h3>

  • On\-Ground Recruitment:<\/b> Actively travel to various cities, rural areas, training centers, and local markets to identify and recruit candidates for operational roles.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Hiring for Multiple Levels:<\/b> Recruit for roles such as truck drivers, trailer drivers, helpers, vehicle technicians, cleaners, and operational support staff<\/b>.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Local Sourcing:<\/b> Use local contacts, agents, institutes, mechanic shops, and field networks to find suitable candidates.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Screening & Shortlisting:<\/b> Interview and assess candidate background, experience, and availability to match company requirements.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Travel Requirements:<\/b> Must be open to extensive field travel across India<\/b> as per hiring needs.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Language Skills:<\/b> Communicate effectively with candidates in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Documentation & Coordination:<\/b> Collect candidate documents, coordinate with the HR team for onboarding, and maintain hiring records.

  • Reporting:<\/b> Provide regular recruitment updates to the management and submit field visit reports.

    • 2+ years of field recruitment experience, preferably in transportation/logistics or blue\-collar hiring.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong field sourcing and networking ability.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English<\/b> (verbal and written).
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Willingness to travel frequently and work in field environments.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Knowledge of transportation\-related roles and local labor markets is an advantage.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Benefits<\/h3>

      • Monthly Salary:<\/b> \u20b915,000 to \u20b925,000 (depending on experience)
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Travel Reimbursement:<\/b> All field travel expenses will be reimbursed as per company policy (includes transport, stay, and meals where applicable).
