Role Overview<\/span><\/b>

The Field Sales Agent will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and supporting new<\/span> <\/span><\/b>merchants<\/span> <\/span><\/b>on the Paykit platform as part of the Go\-To\-Market (GTM) rollout. The role involves active fieldwork, merchant relationship management, and ensuring that newly acquired merchants are successfully activated and transacting.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>

<\/span><\/span><\/span>Identify, approach, and recruit potential merchants within assigned territories.<\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span><\/span><\/span>Present Paykit\u2019s value proposition clearly to merchants and demonstrate key product features.<\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span><\/span><\/span>Convert prospects to active merchants through persuasive selling and relationship building.<\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span><\/span><\/span>Guide merchants through onboarding, ensuring complete and accurate KYC documentation.<\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span><\/span><\/span>Support newly onboarded merchants with first transactions.<\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span><\/span><\/span>Follow up to confirm merchant activation, engagement, and continued platform usage.<\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span><\/span><\/span>Track and report daily merchant acquisition numbers, visit outcomes, and challenges.<\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span><\/span><\/span>Conduct territory mapping to identify high\-potential merchant clusters and business categories.<\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span><\/span><\/span>Gather and relay market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback to management<\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span><\/span><\/span>Represent Paykit professionally in all engagements, maintaining integrity and brand trust.<\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span><\/span><\/span>Participate in weekly performance reviews and contribute insights to improve acquisition strategies.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>

Qualifications & Skills<\/span><\/b>
<\/h3>

<\/span><\/span><\/span>Diploma or equivalent qualification in Sales, Marketing, or related field.<\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span><\/span><\/span>Prior experience in field sales, merchant acquisition, or agent distribution preferred.<\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span><\/span><\/span>Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.<\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span><\/span><\/span>Highly self\-driven, target\-oriented, and able to work independently.<\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span><\/span><\/span>Basic understanding of fintech or digital payment platforms is an advantage.<\/span>
