Field Service Engineer - Cibitung

Duties and Responsibilities

· Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on KSB pump and Valve.

· Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications with coordination with Service Supervisor / Service Manager.

· Ordering and manage repair parts, consumables parts cycle times, in coordinate with superior.

· Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as SumpremeServ Application (PowerAps, Sonolyzer, C4S), Service Reports, Time Sheet, Maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.

· Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.

· Meeting Health Safety and Environmental and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements.

· Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals and potential Sales order.

· Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area

· Administration & Support : Comperenhensif Service Report & Conduct Training to Customer

· Support workshop repair activities during working period on Workshop, in coordinate with Workshop Supervisor or Service Manager.

· Maintain Positive and Healty relationship with various team (Order Processing, Field Service Teams, Sales, Workshop, Mechanic Support and Others)

· To perform the tasks and responsibilities as given from superior’s time to time.
