Field Service Engineer
Main Job is to support Cohu TnI equipment (NY20, NY32W, Neon, Neon Booster) at TI Clark.
Under general supervision, responsible for supervising the field service staff in customer support activities involving installation, engineering, repair and upgrading of equipment and systems for customer.
Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent related experience.
With eight (8) years experience in relation to customer service.
Ability to read schematics, assembly drawings and detailed blueprints; use common tools, customized or specialized tools and mechanical fixtures.
Possess advanced electro-mechanical and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
Must possess and demonstrate data base skills.
Ability to use diagnostic terminal at an advanced level.
Computer literate with a working knowledge of Word and Excel analysis
Able to conduct level 2/3 training
Must possess good communication and presentation skills.
