Field Service Engr II

  • Perform maintenance, inspection, calibration, and repair of QCS (Quality Control Systems)
  • Develop mid- to long-term maintenance plans and execute preventive maintenance for Honeywell’s automated measurement and quality control systems installed on customer production lines
  • Support plant safety and stable operations by ensuring proper system performance and infrastructure reliability
  • Deliver Honeywell’s advanced control technologies and systems to customers, contributing to stable plant operations, operational safety, and consistent product quality
  • Build strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted technical partner and company representative
  • Continuously enhance technical skills and professional capabilities through hands-on field experience
  • Contribute to industrial and societal infrastructure through high-impact engineering work
  • Provide technical support and maintenance services for Honeywell’s process automation products at customer sites.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions tailored to customer needs and improve service delivery.
  • Maintenance experience with automated measurement systems and quality control systems
  • Experience in pulp and paper plants or sheet/film manufacturing environments
  • Troubleshooting experience in engineering companies or industrial environments
  • Knowledge of PC hardware such as BIOS settings, RAID configuration, and backup/restore processes
  • Experience with PLC systems and interlock circuits
  • Experience in production or process management and scheduling
  • Comfortable with English (able to communicate via internal email)
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in field service engineering or technical support within industrial automation or related fields.
  • Strong technical knowledge of process automation systems and instrumentation.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues related to control systems, with experience in diagnostics and repair.
  • Familiarity with Honeywell’s automation products and relevant programming or configuration tools.
