Field Service Supervisor

MAGNA Executive Search, in partnership with a multinational company located in Indaiatuba – SP, selects:

FIELD SERVICE SUPERVISOR (LATAM)

REQUIREMENTS:

· Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Electroelectronics, or related fields.

· Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish (spoken and written).

· Proven field experience in industrial equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, or technical service.

· Previous experience coordinating or leading technical teams.

· Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Availability for regional and international travel.

· Availability to reside in the Indaiatuba/SP region.

DIFFERENTIALS:

· Experience with conveyor systems, industrial equipment, automation, or food processing industries.

· Previous experience supporting regional or LATAM-wide field operations.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Supervise and support the LATAM Field Service Technician team.

· Provide coaching, technical guidance, and performance feedback to ensure operational excellence.

· Plan staffing, workload distribution, and travel priorities according to business demands.

· Support onboarding, certification, and continuous technical development of technicians.

· Oversee field service activities, including installations, FAT/SAT commissioning, troubleshooting, audits, and emergency support.

· Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.

· Monitor service KPIs, documentation standards, and customer satisfaction indicators.

· Identify operational improvement opportunities related to efficiency, safety, and resource allocation.

· Promote collaboration between technical teams and internal departments across the LATAM region.
