Field Service Technician

Main Responsibilities

• Perform on site trouble shooting, service or send quote before service.
• Write and submit service reports to customers based on the job done.
• Conduct training for operators on the correct operation and preventive maintenance of the machine.
• Work as a team to maintain and expand customer base.
• To travel overseas for commissioning, training or servicing of machine as and when required.

Requirements

• Valid Class 3 driving license – mandatory.
• 2 to 3 years experience in field servicing.
• Technical skill in Mechanical and Electrical.
• Able to work independently after training provided.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-focused attitude.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time Position
• 5-Day Work Week (Monday to Friday)
• Off on public holidays
• Working Hours: 9 am to 5.30pm
