Right now, we are\nlooking for a Field Technician<\/b> <\/b>to integrate our\ninternal team, based in Lisbon.<\/b><\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/p>Your responsibilities\ninclude:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/p>- Proceeds to\ninstall, control and monitor software and hardware in our Desktop Management\nenvironments;<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Implements\nrequests for user account changes in Windows domain Active Directory and email\nmanagement systems;<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Resolves\nmicro informatics issues primarily at the client's premises and / or remotely;<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Diagnosis\nof problems occurring in the network and in systems or operating faults;<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Hands and\neyes to support another Claranet teams in our customer facilities.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>You must have:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/div>- Minimum\n12th grade level (mandatory);<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Fluency in\nportuguese (mandatory);<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Fluency in\nenglish (valued);<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Comproved\nexperience in installing, configuring and supporting Clients ( Laptops and\nprinters) \u2013 mandatory;<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Implementation\nand deploy of equipments in the field;<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Experience\nin Windows operating systems and MacOS (troubleshooting & installation);<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Experience\nin Office 365 management (users, mailboxes, distribution lists, licencing,\npolicies, etc);<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Experience\nin Microsoft Office application environments (troubleshooting &\ninstallation);<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Management\nof users and groups in Active Directory;<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Access and\npermissions management in Microsoft Fileshare;<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Hardware\nand peripherals (Troubleshooting, software and hardware installation);<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Knowledge\nof networking troubleshooting and configuration (valued);<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Experience\nin managing CMDB assets;<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Comptia\nCertification\\ITIL (preferable);<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Remote\naccess tools knowledge \\ ITSM tools;<\/span><\/span><\/span>
