Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and service personal emergency response systems in client homesReset or replace equipment as needed and ensure devices are functioning properlyProvide friendly and patient support to seniors and individuals with disabilitiesTroubleshoot basic device issues and respond to service requestsMaintain professional communication with clients and internal staffOccasionally assist with training or supporting technicians in other regions (travel expenses covered)Respond to equipment-related service calls when scheduledQualifications
