The Films Intern will support the films team in managing shoot coordination, data handling, vendor research, and overall project tracking. This is an entry\-level, learning\-focused role for individuals who are interested in understanding how wedding films and branded video content are planned, shot, and delivered in a professional environment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/b><\/span> <\/b><\/span> 1. Shoot Coordination Support<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/b><\/span> Assist with pre\-shoot prep \u2014 camera checklist printouts, shoot briefs, function schedules<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Help communicate call times, dress codes, and venue details to the internal team<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Support on\-ground logistics during shoots \u2014 managing team movement, basic coordination<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Assist in data collection and handover of memory cards to backup assistants after shoots<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> 2. Post\-Production Workflow Assistance<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/b><\/span> <\/b><\/span> Help maintain project tracking sheets (what's edited, what\u2019s pending)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Support the editor team by organizing footage folders on Drive / WorkDrive<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Assist in uploading preview links to Frame.io or Google Drive<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Sit in on review calls to understand how revisions and delivery cycles work.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> 3. Vendor & Resource Research<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/b><\/span> <\/b><\/span> Help research and build a vendor database for cinematographers, editors, freelancers, or suppliers<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Reach out to freelance editors or DPs for availability (under supervision)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Maintain sheets for vendor rates, locations, gear rentals, and creative freelancers<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Suggest new music libraries, LUTs, or software tools through online research<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> 4. Internal Team Support<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/b><\/span> <\/b><\/span> Update task boards on Notion or ClickUp after each stage of the shoot/edit<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Take meeting notes during internal creative or operations discussions<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Assist with organizing sample work for reels, pitch decks, or presentation folders.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Support with drive cleanup and project archiving after delivery is complete<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Key Skills Required<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/b><\/span> Basic understanding of filmmaking or content creation (academic or personal experience)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Interest in shoots, post\-production workflows, or storytelling through video<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Familiar with Google Drive, Google Sheets, and basic file/folder structure<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Willing to be hands\-on and available for field shoots, even on weekends<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Strong willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work as part of a team<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Qualifications Preferred<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/b><\/span> Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Film, Media, Mass Communication, or related field<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> No prior experience required, but any student projects or personal film work is a plus<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Strong written and verbal communication skills<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Ability to multitask and take initiative during busy shoot/edit weeks<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
