Finance Admin

Core Responsibilities

  • Accounting Operations: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, process invoices (Accounts Payable), and issue sales receipts or follow up on outstanding payments (Accounts Receivable).
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, budgets, and cash flow projections.
  • Expense & Payroll: Review and process employee expense reimbursements and assist with payroll processing.
  • Compliance & Audits: Maintain organized financial records and prepare documents for both internal and external audits.
  • General Administration: Reconcile bank statements, manage liabilities, and coordinate with vendors or clients.
