Job Description
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to support our North America Supply Chain Finance team. In this role, you’ll help deliver accurate reporting, provide insights on cost performance, and support financial planning processes that drive business decisions. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their finance career who wants to build strong analytical skills, gain exposure to supply chain operations, and grow into greater ownership over time.Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, providing insightful commentary and actionable recommendations for business improvement.
- Support the execution of the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models and reports to assist in decision-making and drive financial transparency.
- Collaborate with business units to provide financial insights, identify opportunities for operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the production of financial dashboards, KPIs, and other business intelligence tools to track financial performance and support business goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals, processes, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with established financial processes and contribute to process automation, standardization, and efficiency improvements.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting to support business initiatives, delivering data-driven insights to key stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and scorecards
- Support month-end close, forecasting, and budgeting processes
- Analyze actual results versus plan and highlight key variances
- Track cost performance, trends, risks, and opportunities
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting outputs
- Investigate discrepancies and escalate issues as needed
- Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to gather and validate inputs
- Develop summaries and reporting materials for leadership
- Maintain and enhance financial models and reporting tools
- Support process improvements and automation initiatives

What You Bring
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of analytical or finance business partnering experience
- Strong Excel skills and experience building reports or dashboards
- Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
Preferred:
- Experience with financial reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP, Business Objects, QlikView)
- Familiarity with forecasting tools (e.g., Hyperion)
- Understanding of finance and accounting principles
- Experience supporting supply chain or operations environments
