Finance Assistant
Job Description &Responsibilities
- Recording Financial Transactions: This includes daily data entry, processing invoices and receipts, and maintaining accurate records of all financial activity.
- Accounts Receivable: Managing the process of receiving payments from customers.
- Bank Reconciliations: Ensuring the company's bank records match the bank statements.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Maintaining accurate records in the general ledger, including journal entries.
- Financial Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of weekly financial report.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirement:
- ITE / Diploma in Accounting or Business or related qualification
- Basic Understanding of Accounting Principles
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High integrity, meticulous and proactive
- A good team player
