Finance Assistant

Job Description &Responsibilities

  • Recording Financial Transactions: This includes daily data entry, processing invoices and receipts, and maintaining accurate records of all financial activity.
  • Accounts Receivable: Managing the process of receiving payments from customers.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Ensuring the company's bank records match the bank statements.
  • General Ledger Maintenance: Maintaining accurate records in the general ledger, including journal entries.
  • Financial Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of weekly financial report.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirement:

  • ITE / Diploma in Accounting or Business or related qualification
  • Basic Understanding of Accounting Principles
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • High integrity, meticulous and proactive
  • A good team player
