FINANCE ASSOCIATE - SENIOR
Finance Associate, Senior: Onsite in our Deland, FL office, 5 days/week

We are looking for a Finance Associate, Senior for our Deland, FL office!
- This is an in-person position in our Deland location (5 days in office, no remote/WFH).
- Sponsorship is not available for this position.
Summary: Record and report on financial transactions and prepare monthly reconciliations and subsidiary statements of the organization’s official financial records in computerized or manual form.
Essential Duties:
- Process customer invoices and investigate billing discrepancies.
- Perform daily cash reconciliations and assist with cashflow forecasting.
- Maintain fixed asset register and manage new capital expenditure additions from proposal through to capitalization.
- Record and reconcile intercompany transactions with the wider Kingspan Group.
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Identify costs saving opportunities and execute them.
- Leverage the use of SAP.
- Travel to other locations is required.
- Follow the Group Code of Conduct and Group Compliance.
- Follow Compliance requirements per “KNA-SOP-1705 Compliance Roles and Responsibilities.”
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
- BA in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a closely related field
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
- Experience with any of the following is a highly preferred:
- SAP
- Manufacturing industry
- Multi-national corporation with group reporting requirements

Computer Skills:
