JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Finance Business Partner Senior Analyst to join the Finance Business Partner team supporting the Sourcing vertical

This role is responsible for acting as the consolidation and governance layer of the Finance Business Partner team, ensuring one single financial view, consistent ways of working and aligned decision‑making across the Sourcing vertical.

The role also oversees the planning and performance management of Special Partnership Agreements (SPAs).

This function acts as the analytical engine of the Sourcing vertical to provide insights and support business decision making to Senior Management.

Responsibilities

  • Consolidates the Sourcing P&L across topline, margin items and cost base, providing the Sourcing Director with a clear view of P&L contribution, key insights and overall financial positioning.
  • Consolidates Sourcing Budget and Forecast across all P&L lines, ensuring a consistent top‑down view fully aligned with bottom‑up detail and assumptions.
  • Translates detailed financial analysis into concise narratives, highlighting risks, opportunities and implications for leadership decision‑making.
  • Acts as the single source of truth for Sourcing financials, ensuring consistency of numbers, definitions and messages across all forums and stakeholders.
  • Supports the financial review, challenge and approval of Sourcing business cases.
  • SPAs performance & commercial planning:

    Provides clear and consistent visibility into SPAs commercial performance across key indicators, and develops and maintains commercial dashboards.

    Identifies performance gaps versus targets, and partner with commercial teams to define concrete action plans, owners and timelines.

    Plays a key role in modelling and development of the annual budget for the SPA business, including analysis of key business drivers and performance levers.

    Participates in the design, implementation and monitoring of SPA commercial incentive programs.

Skillset and Experience Required

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in consulting, audit or Financial Planning and Analysis or a similar analytical role in a multinational environment.
  • Advanced Excel and Power Point skills required.
  • Experience in forecasting, budgeting, performance analysis and modeling tools.
  • Ability to understand financial and related operational data, synthesize results and make actionable recommendations regarding decision making.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills required.
  • Strong written communication skills to synthetize messages for top management reports.
  • Personal sense of urgency in order to prioritize workload.
  • A good understanding of HFM is a plus.
  • Experience of BI tools and data visualization, particularly Tableau is a plus
  • Fluent in English.
