Finance Business Partner

We are currently looking for a Finance Business Partner ready to join our adventure. Main goal for this role is to provide key financial insights and support strategic decision-making as a trusted advisor to a specific business area, by:
Finance Business Partnering: Serve as the dedicated Finance Business Partner, managing the area's budget, tracking expenses, and explaining financial performance rationale.
Reporting & Analysis: Assist with the month-end close, including accruals. Analyze monthly results, explaining key variances against budget/forecast. Prepare management reports (including sales volume) for senior leadership.
Planning: Support annual budgeting and regular forecasting cycles, updating models, and producing summary reports.
Data & Systems: Extract and manipulate accounting/volume data for planning and cost allocations. Support Tempo data analysis and cost model reporting, drawing conclusions from data visualization.
Ad-Hoc Support: Deliver ad-hoc analysis (e.g., profitability, re-pricing, capacity planning) and contribute to process and reporting improvements.
3+ years in a similar Finance role, with basic accounting background
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
Strong analytical skills: Ability to dive deep into large data sets, identify key drivers, and present meaningful conclusions for decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a business focus.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and drive improvements.
Very good verbal and written skills in English and Polish.
Willingness to work from the office 2-3 days per week.
