The Controller will be \nresponsible for overseeing accounting, compliance, statutory audits, payroll, and financial \nreporting. The ideal candidate must demonstrate expertise in Indian entity accounting, \nstatutory compliance, and also bring exposure to managing cross\-border financial \noperations.

\nKey Responsibilities
<\/div>
<\/div>
\n\u2022 Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and reporting for India and global entities.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\n\u2022 Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP, Ind\-AS, IFRS, and other global accounting standards \nas applicable.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\n\u2022 Manage statutory audits for Indian entities and coordinate with external auditors globally.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\n\u2022 Oversee financial reporting, including consolidated statements for multiple entities.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\n\u2022 Implement strong internal controls and ensure adherence to financial policies and \nprocedures.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\n\u2022 Manage tax compliance for India entities (Direct, Indirect taxes, FEMA, Transfer Pricing, \netc.).
<\/div>
<\/div>
\n\u2022 Oversee payroll processing for both India and US entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, \nand timely disbursement.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\n\u2022 Partner with FP&A team on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\n\u2022 Support system implementation and process automation to improve financial efficiency.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\n\u2022 Mentor and develop finance teams across regions, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\n\u2022 Act as the primary liaison with senior management, external auditors, and regulatory \nauthorities.

\nQualifications & Skills
<\/div>
<\/div>
\n\u2022 Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\n\u2022 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a Controller or \nsenior finance leadership role.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\n\u2022 Strong experience with India statutory audits, tax compliance, and regulatory filings.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\n\u2022 Exposure to global entities accounting, consolidations, and cross\-border financial \noperations.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\n\u2022 Hands\-on experience in payroll processing for India and US entities.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\n\u2022 Proficiency in ERP systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or equivalent).
<\/div>
<\/div>
\n\u2022 Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\n\u2022 Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
