Finance Executive
1. Core Financial Accounting and Compliance
- Full-Scope Accounting Processing: Responsible for the company’s complete set of accounts, including general ledger, subsidiary ledgers, cost ledgers, etc., ensuring clear and accurate bookkeeping.
- Tax Filing: Handle local tax filings in Singapore (such as GST and corporate income tax), ensuring compliance and optimizing tax strategies.
2. Specialized Management in the Construction Industry
- Cash Flow Management:Receivables Management: Follow up on the application and collection of project progress payments to ensure timely fund recovery.Payables Management: Review payment requests from suppliers and subcontractors, manage payment cycles, and ensure the security of the cash flow.
3. Administrative and Support Duties
- Administrative Support: Assist with daily office administrative tasks, such as purchasing office supplies and managing company assets.
4. Typical Job Requirements
- Education: Background in accounting, finance, or related fields.
- Experience: Familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and tax regulations. Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP) and office software.
